1. Booking & Deposits
⨠New Clients â First Appointment
A 50% deposit of the total treatment price is required to secure your first appointment with Ready Steady Glow.
⨠Returning Clients
No deposit is required for returning clients.
General Booking Policy
- All deposits are deducted from the final treatment balance.
- First appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
- Appointments awaiting a required deposit may be released after 24 hours.
- Our 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all clients.
- Any cancellation charges will be fair and proportionate to the loss incurred, in accordance with consumer law.
